1. 1. A full day is 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
   2. Gas is extra.
   3. All who operate the boat must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age AND possess a valid United States drivers license and boaters license.
      **We also require that you take a boating safety course, see bottom of the page for more details.
   4. NO PETS of any kind allowed on boats.
   5. There will be a charge for any excessive cleaning to be done.
   6. Any damage done or items lost from the boat are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged against your deposit at list price.
   7. In the event of a problem, attract a Patrol Boat and contact Fischers at 518-656-9981 Ext 7.
   8. New York State Law requires 5 mph speed limit within 100 feet of shore.
   9. Lake George is used for DRINKING WATER. It is unlawful to pollute the Lake in any way, including the discharge of detergents. These laws are STRICTLY enforced.
   10. Boats are NOT to be operated after dark.
   11. Tubes or skis may be used behind rental boats, although we only rent tubes if available.
   12. Absolutely NO TOWING of another vessel is allowed with the rental boat.
   13. Early returns due to weather will not result in a refund.
   14. Cancellations within one (1) week of boat rental will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
   15. Never overload a boat. Maximum capacities are set by the boat manufacturer and law for your safety.
       1. One vehicle allowed per boat rental. Please let office know that your leaving a vehicle here and we will gladly provide you with a parking pass. Additional vehicles will be charged $5/day for parking.
